Return eligible EG Technics products within 30 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
You may return EG-SVT002, EG-SVT003T, EG-SWF102, EG-SWF103, EG-SWF104, the EG-SWF103/104 replacement battery, the SF-123 Solar Fridge Fan or the FAN-124 Thermostatically Controlled 12VDC Fridge Fan within 30 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. You do not need to report a fault to use this return offer.
Returns are sent by post. Contact EG Technics with your order reference and product model to arrange the return and obtain the return address privately.
Contact EG Technics with your order reference, model and a description of any fault, damage or incorrectly supplied item. Include photos if available so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy.
For non-faulty returns under the 30-day unconditional return offer, the buyer pays the return-shipping cost. This does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
We accept exchanges. Refunds are issued through PayPal within 3 days after EG Technics receives the returned goods. Contact us with your order reference and product model to arrange a return or exchange.
