Free standard shipping within Australia currently applies to products listed in the online store. The 24-month product warranty and unconditional 30-day return offer apply to EG-SVT002, EG-SVT003T, EG-SWF102, EG-SWF103, EG-SWF104, the EG-SWF103/104 replacement battery, the SF-123 Solar Fridge Fan and the FAN-124 Thermostatically Controlled 12VDC Fridge Fan. The 30-day return period starts when goods are received; buyers pay return shipping for non-faulty returns. A product order does not include professional installation unless agreed separately.
