EG-SVT002, EG-SVT003T, EG-SWF102, EG-SWF103, EG-SWF104, the EG-SWF103/104 replacement battery, the SF-123 Solar Fridge Fan and the FAN-124 Thermostatically Controlled 12VDC Fridge Fan have a 24-month product warranty. Contact EG Technics for help with your product.
Contact EG Technics with your product model, proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Include photos if available so we can assess the problem.
Contact us before sending a product back. We will discuss the assessment and return arrangements with you, and provide any return address privately.
This warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are not limited to the 24-month warranty period.
